Ms. Kimberly went out of her way to be welcoming and make sure we felt at home. The house was clean and well appointed. It appears to be freshly remodeled and decorated simplesticly. This was a perfect place for us to unplug and unwind. We enjoyed the peaceful area and the seclusion. The swim spa is a perfect place to enjoy a drink in the evening. It has a beautiful view of the eastern sky. We enjoyed the game room for a place to spend time during the rainy period that we had. I highly recommend a stay here for a couples weekend getaway or your family vacation close to Lake Travis.

Spent the weekend with friends and had a very relaxing time. Fully functional/ large hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor area all exactly as advertised. Everything was very well-kept and only a 30 minute drive to the lake. Kimberly the host was accommodating and responsive. Would certainly rebook!

Very great place to stay, especially for a large group of people. There was such a great lookout and scenery available. Fun activities for all ages and something for everyone to do at the place. Really private felt great relaxing at peace. Would visit again!

Kimberly’s property was perfect for our group! The beds were memory foam and super comfortable! The hot tub was actually hot unlike many other Air B&Bs we’ve stayed at so that was such a relief to us! She even had a little goodie basket for us when we arrived and was happy to help us with any needs we had! Definitely would come back and will have her spot saved next time we come to Austin!

We had an amazing time celebrating our friend’s birthday at Falcon’s Nest. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a little getaway into the hill country. Love the views and the overall vibe and layout of the property/ house. Kimberly lives up to her title of Superhost, she is very friendly and welcoming!

Enjoyed our weekend stay at the Falcon's nest! We were able to kick back and relax with plenty of activities around the property. The owners live just up the drive but we felt secluded. We had one guest have issues getting through the gate, but Kimberly was quick to help resolve the issue. The property rules and check out instructions were clearly laid out. I would recommend this place to anyone who had a group of 8-10 people looking for a relaxing stay near Lake Travis.
